 I suspect this has something to do with the new sigint code but if one
 terminal is, say, running `port install texlive-latex-extra` and another
 terminal tries `port install foo` then the second terminal will,
 correctly, say, "waiting for lock." Unfortunately, it is no longer
 possible to ctrl-c and stop the process.
