 I'm attaching a slightly weird patch for `pdf2htmlEX`. Version 0.11 has
 been released in January, but that version doesn't yet work with poppler
 0.26.1 (#43827).

 It seems that the latest version of `pdf2htmlEX` requires the latest
 version of FontForge (2.0, #43844) which isn't packaged yet and FontForge
 has no maintainer.

 So I grabbed a version from git somewhere inbetween. An alternative way
 with more work would be to extract just the relevant patch and apply it on
 top of the released 0.11.
