 There appears to be something wrong with your MacPorts installation.
 {{{
 /opt/local/bin/g-ir-scanner
 }}}
 is provided by gobject-introspection, a dependency of atk.

 Port builds without problems for me on Yosemite and also on the Yosemite
 buildbot.
