Comment:

 Many ports are failing this way under Xcode 6.1, e.g. graphviz-gui. You
 can work around the problem by downloading and "xcode-select"ing Xcode
 6.0. If you are on OS X 10.10 Yosemite, be sure to re-select Xcode 6.1
 afterward as it is required for other ports on Yosemite.
