 Normally in cases like this, you should make this a {{{-devel}}} port, so
 in this case create a new port called {{{bsdowl-devel}}}. Otherwise,
 [https://guide.macports.org/#development.patches per the guidelines],
 please instead attach a unified diff of the Portfile so we can easily see
 what changes you are proposing.
