 Since pdb2pqr switched to using scons, it's now not UsingTheRightCompiler
 which it previously was. It's also not using `-arch` flags, which it
 wasn't before because it was using a compiler from the gcc ports, not all
 of which support `-arch` flags, but now that it's using Xcode compilers it
 should use `-arch` flags. Maybe the universal variant can be enabled then
 too.
