Comment:

 Your log shows you're building version 20150624. The port was updated to
 version 20150717 a month ago. Can you please try running:

 {{{
 sudo port clean caffe
 sudo port selfupdate
 sudo port upgrade outdated
 sudo port install caffe
 }}}

 If caffe still fails to build, please attach the new main.log file.
