Comment:

 The message is correct. You've asked to install nemesis, which depends on
 libnet, but you already have libnet11 installed, which conflicts. So you
 have to decide whether you want to keep libnet11 or install libnet
 instead. If you're ok with not having libnet11, you can deactivate or
 uninstall it.
