 stunnel has been updated to version 5.28.

 *New features
  * Build matrix (.travis.yml) extended with ./configure options.
 * Bugfixes
  * Fixed incomplete initialization.
  * Fixed UCONTEXT threading on OSX.
  * Fixed exit codes for information requests (as in "stunnel -version" or
 "stunnel -help").
