 Chris, let me know your preferences.
   * We can simply blacklist `clang < 602` and commit the upgrade.
   * We can wait with the upgrade until we either find workarounds or
 confirm there are no trivial ones.

 Based on Jeremy's observations we might be able to disable `tsan` (it
 might be enough to revert http://reviews.llvm.org/D15109) and still be
 able to compile `root6` with clang 3.4.
