Comment:

 Some notes:
  - It is not correct to depend on the stub port p5-lchown. We directly
 specify the perl version like it was. Now that the default in Macports is
 perl 5.22, please test and specify that version.
  - The {{{revision}}} line should be removed because it starts at 0 when
 increasing the version and that is the default.
