 I downloaded the filename ncl_ncarg-6.2.1.MacOS_10.9_64bit_gcc481.tar.gz,
 then renamed it as per the instructions

 (wd now: /Volumes/Cluster/opt/local/var/macports/distfiles/ncarg)
