 Can someone please upload a tarball of the complete port directory, or
 give a summary of which attached (here or elsewhere!) patches to apply
 against what baseline? I admit I'm a bit lost here, and would like to
 spend more time trying out the resulting build than figuring out how to
 get the appropriate build in the 1st place ;)
