 Patch is attached that does the following:
 + adds me as co-maintainer;
 + moves to using github PortGroup;
 + moves to using the latest GIT commit since this port isn't updated
 regularly and is quite stable;
 + allow for using port libusb or libusb-devel;
 + fix homepage;
 + whitespace.
