 You need to actually use the compilers portgroup in the Portfile. See the
 {{{py-numpy}}} Portfile as an example. Also you should need to use
 {{{depends_lib-append}}} instead of  {{{depends_lib}}} to not overwrite
 Portgroup dependencies.
