Comment:

 I'm inclined to say: it's 2015, UTF-8 isn't going away anytime soon – but
 then again we should probably properly support it and sanitize the output
 if your locale isn't UTF-8.

 Anyway, Trac doesn't support multiple people in the owner field (speaking
 of this being 2015 :/), so I've fixed that for you to notify the
 maintainers via email.
