 The log says:

 }}}

 That's fairly bizarre.

 Your log is not from a
 [https://guide.macports.org/chunked/project.html#project.tickets clean
 build attempt], so as a first step, please "sudo port clean python27" and
 then try again, and attach the new main.log if it fails again.
