 You can apply a .diff to the end to get the raw patch:

 But that won't help much.  The contents changed upstream, so the patch no
 longer applies (as you discovered). You'll need to rewrite the changes and
 generate a new patch.  The exact contents that are there now should serve
 as a guide but the implementation will be different now.
