 Okay, so there's two problems: something tries to start gpg-agent as a
 system user and I should probably include the user ID or name in case this
 happens in the error message.

 A free-wheeling "correctly started" gpg-agent user process is weird though
 and I haven't seen it before.

 Is it always happening, even after a login-cycle (i.e., logging out and
 back in?)
