 After upgrading OS X to 10.11 I have re-installed Xcode, command line
 tools and macports from scratch. libgcc (libgcc-5.2.0_0.darwin_15.x86_64)
 fails to build. According to the log (see attachment) there is some
 problem related to complex math function, whose declaration is not found.
 The SIP is disabled (same error as if enabled).
