 The master_site is set to ftp://ftp.videolan.org/pub/videolan/libbluray
 which keeps timing out during the fetch phase. I think it's possibly
 related to ftp needing PASV mode. Also none of the other dist mirrors are
 picking up newer versions of this dist, so this may be related to #37315.
 The simplest solution is to probably change the master_site to
 http://get.videolan.org/libbluray/ which would allow punting of the ftp
 problem.
