 PHP 70 won't build on OSX Leopard (10.5) because it's missing a constant
 ``AI_NUMERICSERV``.

 A similar fix was applied here: https://trac.macports.org/ticket/41916

 It would be nice to include a patch or send one upstream to make the
 improvements of PHP 7.0 available on older systems.
