 Kerberos5 1.15 updated their support for OpenSSL 1.1, which renamed some
 API's.  Hence, building with LibreSSL will fail.  The same problem results
 in a partial build error for ntp 4.2.8p9.

 Does LibreSSL have plans to be API compatible with OpenSSL 1.1?
 Otherwise, the SSL ports are problematic for port dependencies.
