Comment:

 Since there has been no response in over a month, I've taken the liberty
 of making the required changes as follows:
   * license is the same as perl itself according to metacpan.org
   * perl branches trimmed
   * add noarch
   * add optional dependency p5-proc-processtable, required for full
 functionality and to pass tests.
   * left maintainer as nomaintainer but can change that if the reporter
 (or someone else) would like to take on that responsibility.

 p5-proc-daemon committed in r150347
