New description:

 I update my Mac to OS X El Capitan, installed Xcode from the app store,
 installed the command line tools, and finally installed macports. I,
 then, attempted to run a command and got this:

 [[Image(Screen Shot 2016-06-21 at 4.54.16 PM.png)]]

 I tried to reset and then check on the license but I got this:

 [[Image(Screen Shot 2016-06-21 at 4.54.16 PM.png)]]

 Help?

Comment:

 Based on the screen shots, I don't see anywhere that you ran:

 {{{
 xcode-select --switch /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer
 }}}

 Please run that. (Or, if you have Xcode.app somewhere other than directly
 in /Applications, use the correct path for your system.)
