 GCC 5
 [https://stackoverflow.com/questions/22519756/macports-gcc-4-8-2-error-
 with-mmacosx-version-min-and-foundation-headers fails to recognize
 __atribute__ on a variable]
 and
 [https://www.riverbankcomputing.com/pipermail/qscintilla/2016-May/001129.html
 has an issue with QScintilla] (see #51437).

 GCC 6 seems to have some [http://octave.1599824.n4.nabble.com/Major-
 issues-with-g-6-and-gnulib-tt4674928.html significant issues] with
 [https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?47073 octave].

 For now, disable both in r148872.
