 I think this is not a bug in py-graph-tool, but in python35. This patch
 needs to be applied: https://trac.macports.org/attachment/ticket/44288
 /patch-Include-pyport.h.diff.

 Re. the errors about the wrong boost, I think he means that boost with the
 wrong python variant.
