Comment:

 Committed in r154115 with several small changes:

  * remove cmake dependency since the cmake portgroup adds that already
  * removed `notes` about this being a beta release, since it isn't
  * removed `revision 0` line which is implied
  * used official tarball from the web site instead of the autogenerated
 one from github
