Comment:

 Where did
 /Applications/MacPorts/MacVim.app/Contents/Frameworks/PSMTabBarControl.framework/Headers
 come from, if MacPorts did not install it?

 Make sure the MacVim port is not active (make sure that `port installed
 MacVim` does not say "(active)"), then, if
 /Applications/MacPorts/MacVim.app still exists, delete it. Then install
 the MacVim port.
