 Compiled along the new osxfuse 3.5.0, this error shows up every time I
 enter any {{{sshfs}}} command. Mounting a volume goes through but trying
 to access it hangs the IO for the mounted folder completely, even
 preventing a clean reboot/shutdown of the machine.

 Environment: macOS 10.12, Xcode 8
