 Looks like I have some work to do to fix the builds for 10.4 to 10.9.

 Re: the -devel subport. The idea is that this submission might have become
 that -devel subport for a while, until we figured out all the warts and
 then moved it to the be the main port. I'm not too fussed either way about
 that.
