 Using MacPorts 2.6.2 on OS X 10.14.6, upgrading p5.30-dbd-pg +postgresql12
 fails. The error log contains entries relating to file path typos:
 /opt/local/lib/postgresql2 and /opt/local/include/postgresql2. When I
 create symlinks from postgresql2 to postgresql12 in both of these paths
 installation succeeds.
