 /install-port/logs/stdio built fine on our 10.15 buildbot worker] which is
 also running Xcode 11.5 so I'm not sure what's different about your
 system. Maybe you can compare our log with yours and see if any notable
 differences turn up.

 Unfortunately, the recent rsync update added dependencies that make it no
 longer distributable, so you cannot get a binary from us for now and must
 build it yourself.
