 it's correct that {{{opt/local/lib/libssl.1.1.dylib}}} does not exist and
 the port will is/will be rebuild to use {{{openssl3}}}; this works for me
 and should work for you as well... Can you please make sure that you have
 all your ports updated (i.e., do {{{sudo port upgrade outdated}}} to make
 sure you have everything in a consistent state.
