 One of the RawTherapee developers brought up somewhat of a good point
 regarding some of our ports: Perhaps it's time to change the default
 variants of {{{gtk3}}} and {{{gtkmm3}}} to be {{{+quartz}}} instead of
 {{{+x11}}}, in order to avoid dependence on the X11 ports?
