 It looks like it's happening when making `dar_cp_static`. It's linking
 with various static libraries, but also some dynamic libraries, which
 seems weird. I'm not sure what `dar_cp_static` is or why we want it. It's
 not installed by dar on my system. Maybe the fix will be to prevent that
 from being built.
