 I don’t mind changing the Java ports to install their files under the
 MacPorts prefix and only creating a symlink under
 `/Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines`, but I don’t see how that would fix
 this issue.

 As I understand it, the builbots apparently had the conflicting file still
 on them from a previous installation where uninstalling the GraalVM port
 didn’t remove them? Do you have any idea how that could have happened?
 When I uninstall this port on my machine, the file is gone.
