 I can fetch {{{https://gitlab.com/AOMediaCodec/SVT-AV1/-/archive/v1.8.0
 /SVT-AV1-1.8.0.tar.bz2}}} just fine, I don't know why buildbot got a 404.
 Can someone trigger the mirror again?
