 Should the port maybe be deleted? It's not buildable on recent macOS.
 There hasn't been a release since 2006. It's not downloadable from its own
 web page anymore. The web page says:

 > GNU arch has been decommissioned. It has been superceded by GNU Bazaar

 There's one port that depends on arch: archway. Its last release was in
 2005. It could be deleted too.
