 The persistence manager should only save and restore the position and size
 of the main windowl.
 On ms windows if you close the program, disconnect your high dpi screen
 and then re-open the program on your smal lores laptop screen it is opened
 outside of the screen.
 If je just get rid of using the persistence manager here, instead of
 fixing one problem with it?
