 Netcdf-fortran 4.6.1 on builders 10.7, 10.8, 10.9 were working a few
 months ago, but now fail in configure.  What could have changed to cause
 this?

 {{{configure: error: cannot compute sizeof (off_t)}}}

 See attached stdio.txt.  (Main.log was not available.)

 I am not sure where this is coming from.  A quick internet search suggests
 this might be caused by not correctly linking to the underlying netcdf
 library, but it could be anything.
