 I recall Ken mentioned that he had set up his < 10.9 machines to libstdc++
 if I am not wrong. That would seem logical in fact and would follow
 Apple’s own choice. It would also help to see issues which we currently
 only see on powerpc and therefore fix them.

 Why is it not actually done? If clangs can work with libstdc++, what is
 the stopper?
