 According to https://github.com/harfbuzz/harfbuzz/issues/3634:

 > This output is unfortunately emitted by the g-ir-scanner program, and I
 don't think it's possible to do anything about it.

 So I'll close this as not our problem and you can take it up with the
 developers of Harfbuzz if you're still concerned.
