 I do not have either `-devel` package installed and still get the error on
 upgrade.

 Right now I have `@2.78.4_0+quartz` manually reactivated to keep my glib-
 dependent packages working. These were built with `-x11 +no_x11 +quartz`
 in `variants.conf` but with no other variants AFAIK.
