 Yes, `geany @2.0` does build just fine with an older clang compiler like
 `clang-11`.
 I suspect it will also build with `clang-15` but I did not try.

 Here is a workaround:

 bash-3.2$ sudo port clean geany
 Password:
 --->  Cleaning geany
 bash-3.2$
 bash-3.2$ sudo port -v upgrade geany configure.compiler=macports-clang-11
 etc
 }}}
