 Looks like someone deleted the port without checking dependents:

Comment:

 py27-mutagen was removed awhile ago in
 [637556343c8edfe35ed0ea847ae62ec082a86ba6/macports-ports].

 digikam does not depend on py27-mutagen. digikam depends on libgpod which
 depends on py27-mutagen. So I guess the focus should be getting libgpod to
 use a newer Python, or else getting digikam to no longer use libgpod.
