 Whom are you referring to?

 If you mean why is the 10.7 SDK installed on the 10.6 builders when that
 is not normally the case, I explained above.

 If you mean why does this port's build system choose the 10.7 SDK on 10.6,
 you'll have to ask whoever made this port's build system.
