Out of Date Scheme 48

[Watson Ladd]

Hello:

S48.org reports that the latest version of scheme 48 is 1.4. After
updating my macports tree and typing sudo port upgrade scheme48 nothing
happened. scheme48 says that it is at version 1.3. Scheme48 1.4 builds
from source directly with no errors.
