Please clear up DarwinPort/MacPorts confusion

This seems to be the problem: in port.conf

# Rsync directory from which to pull the base/ component
(infrastructure) of DP
rsync_dir dpupdate1/base/

when the rsync_dir is set to dpupdate1/base/
then port selfupdates to the version 1.4

while setting dpupdate/base/ results
port slefupdate to version 1.5

I have probably removed the 1 there at some point and since it
worked I didn't bother to put it back....

This could be made clear by using something like
dpupdate_stable/base or dpupdate_release/base
and dpupdate_dev/base....

Thanks for clearing this up, J.
