Error

I removed Fink by following the FAQ in their website. Fink links have been
removed as seen below.
barcajax:~ barcajax$ echo $PATH

But there are still errors when running Macports.

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables LIBXML2_CFLAGS
and LIBXML2_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
